What if my state or jurisdiction is not listed above?
You can seek CLE credit by submitting an individual request with your jurisdiction’s CLE authority (access links to your state from FAQ document at link above).

Do I need to "sign in" anywhere for CLE?
* NACC needs a record of your name, jurisdiction, and bar number. Click here to submit up to four jurisdictions.

* NACC will have the attendance records of who logged into which sessions and how long they attended a live session. Please use your full first and last name and the email address associated with your NACC Conference Virtual App and Web App account when you log into sessions.

* If you watch the recordings later, NACC will have a record of who has accessed which videos.

* You should also keep a personal record of which sessions you attended and whether you participated live or watched a recording.

Will NACC be reporting attendance to my jurisdiction on my behalf?
It depends.  If the conference is not accredited in your jurisdiction (see above), NACC will not be reporting your attendance.  If the conference is accredited, please see the FAQ document at the link above for details and requirements regarding your reporting responsibilities for live participation and on-demand viewing.

Will I get a certificate of attendance?
Yes, general certificates and other supporting documentation are available at the link above. If your jurisdiction is listed above. See the FAQ document for details and requirements.

My state requires that I submit session evaluations.  Where can I access those?
All attendees can fill out an online evaluation form for each session (printable after you submit) - we hope you are able to submit 20 of them! We recommend submitting session evaluations while your impressions are fresh - but you can submit evaluations anytime regardless of whether you participated live or viewed the recordings later. Please also submit a final conference evaluation to provide input on your overall experience.

I will be joining the conference in the same room as other registered attendees (e.g., on a screen in a conference room). Do we all need to sign in?
Yes, you all need to sign into the sessions individually if you want NACC to have a record of your attendance for CLE purposes. (You can log in on your phone and still watch it on the big screen.)

If you have further questions, please email CLE@NACCchildlaw.org.
