The National Association of Counsel for Children is committed to elevating the voices of impacted youth in our work to improve child welfare policy and practice.


In the spring of 2019, NACC began a Youth Voices column in our law journal, The Guardian, to provide space for youth who are or have been in the child welfare system, to share their stories and their recommendations for an improved system.
