Training Attorneys

NACC trains attorneys who represent children, parents, or agencies in child welfare law proceedings.

Legal professionals must know and follow federal and state child welfare law, understand trauma and systemic racism, protect children’s and parents’ rights, ensure clients’ voices are heard, overcome bias, provide zealous representation, and pursue justice. They need to be well-versed, well-resourced, and well-trained. NACC delivers legal training in-person across the country and online.

NACC’S Training Opportunities
