As an organization dedicated to the legal training and development of child welfare professionals, the NACC provides a number of useful resources. While some of the resources are made available exclusively to NACC members, others are offered free-of-charge to anyone interested in child welfare law and practice. Please read the descriptions below for more information on each of these resources.

Guardian Icon The Guardian

As a service to our members, the National Association of Counsel for Children publishes a monthly email law journal, known as The Guardian. This publication includes child welfare law and juvenile justice news, case reviews, policy updates, job openings, upcoming trainings, and more. We also keep an archive of past issues that is available to all of our members.
