We are excited to announce the availability of AnyCase™, a case management tool created by child advocates at KidsVoice and used by the States of Connecticut, Louisiana and Colorado.

AnyCase is a simple, web-based application which has simplified and streamlined our case management efforts, making managing and billing our cases easier and more effective. No software or hardware is needed—just an Internet connection and our team and case files are seamlessly connected and always up to date.

AnyCase began as an internal tool we created for ourselves at KidsVoice as a way to increase our effectiveness by reducing the frustration and wasted time spent chasing down case files and people. Peer advocacy agencies heard about AnyCase and asked us if their agencies could use it for parent and child representation, and for billing and reporting, too. After successfully providing numerous attorneys and offices across the country with AnyCase, we decided this very helpful tool should be available to all advocacy agencies. So we're making it available effective immediately.

But here's even bigger news…

Based on growing interest, a local Pittsburgh foundation has recognized AnyCase's tremendous potential to transform advocacy case management and is allowing up to five qualifying legal advocacy offices and law school clinics to receive a 2-year grant to subsidize AnyCase user fees – with no risk, as there is no obligation to use AnyCase after the 2-year grant period.

This may be a significant opportunity for your organization, your advocacy process, and most importantly for the clients you may be able to represent more efficiently and effectively.

Grant money is limited, so applicants must apply online before March 31, 2012.

Fill out our simple on-line grant application form by March 31, 2012 to be considered for the grant funding. Agencies awarded grant money for AnyCase will be announced by May 1, 2012 with the first sites receiving the software this summer.
