Child Welfare Law Certification Now Open in Delaware

NACC is pleased to announce that Massachusetts is now the 33rd jurisdiction open to the NACC's Child Welfare Law Certification program. Massachusetts  attorneys are eligible to receive application fee waivers from Children's Bureau on a first-come, first-serve basis.

As part of the National Quality Improvement Center on the Representation of Children in the Child Welfare System, the Children's Bureau designated funding to help off-set the cost of certification fees for up to 200 attorneys per year. NACC began accepting fee waivers January 1, 2012. They are being awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first 200 eligible attorneys to apply. There are still waivers available - apply now for your $300 application fee waiver!
