As you likely know, the Family First Prevention Services Act provides new opportunities and requirements in the child welfare system. Upon this first anniversary of its enactment, we are soliciting your input on how the legal community can best strengthen families using the Family First Act, what the most effective ways to support the legal community’s role may be, and your perspectives on the Act.
This survey has been developed in collaboration with the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Casey Family Programs, National American Indian Court Judges Association, National Association of Counsel for Children, National Center for State Courts, National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges, and National Court Appointed Special Advocates Association.
