This training, "Fathers Are Parties Too" will focus on engaging and representing fathers in dependency proceedings.  The program starts at 6:30.  Dinner and registration start at 5:30 p.m.  To register, contact Albert Youn at the AOC, telephone: 415-865-8993 or email:  Cost $25 for NCACC members (includes dinner and dessert.)  California MCLE credit: 2.25 hours.

There will be a NCACC membership meeting from 4 to 5:30 p.m. in the same location.  All NCACC members are invited to attend.

During the training, the NCACC will hold a drawing for two FREE NACC CONFERENCE REGISTRATIONS for those who attend.  The NACC's national child welfare law conference is being held this year in Brooklyn, New York at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge from August 19-22, 2009.  The conference will be preceded by a Red Book Training for those thinking of taking the Child Welfare Specialist Certification exam.  Don't miss this chance to win a free registration to the conference.
