Submission Details. We invite you to submit articles that address children and the law. Although all topics that address children, preference will be given to articles addressing the intersection of gender, sexuality, children, and the law. Articles should be received by October 17, 2015. Submissions should be previously unpublished pieces based on original work that are between 15 and 60 pages (double-spaced) in Bluebook format.
About the CLRJ. The Children’s Legal Rights Journal is a national journal sponsored by Loyola University Chicago School of Law in cooperation with the National Association of Counsel for Children. They publish articles on a variety of children’s legal issues and are the only journal in the country specifically addressing legal needs of children. Click here to browse our past issues!
