• The U.S. Children's Bureau's National Quality Improvement Center on the Representation of Children in the Child Welfare System is providing application fees for 200 attorneys nationwide to become certified by the National Association of Counsel for Children (NACC) as Child Welfare Law Specialists (CWLS). Daniel Trujillo, NACC Certification Director, will be at the training in person to discuss this opportunity

• There will be a drawing held during the training for 2 free registrations to the National Association of Counsel for Children's 35th National Conference in Chicago, Illinois, August 13-16, 2012. Typical agenda items include reports of the Amicus and Policy Committees and planning future training events. The Members Meeting is free of charge and all members are welcome.

The registration provides for dinner, materials, and training.
