|Children’s Legal Rights Journal|
Founded in 1979, the Children’s Legal Rights Journal is sponsored by Loyola University Chicago School of Law with the cooperation of the National Association of Counsel for Children. Now in a free, online format, this comprehensive journal is published three times annually, and focuses on providing practitioners in law and related fields with the practical resources they need to be effective child welfare advocates.
Each issue of the Children's Legal Rights Journal provides insight into the relationship between the professional and the child in such areas as child abuse and neglect, foster care, child custody and adoption, juvenile delinquency and status offenses, medical care, mental health, education, students' rights, and law enforcement.
