|NACC Advocacy Request|
As an organization dedicated to advancing the rights of children, the NACC places a strong emphasis on policy advocacy. We focus on maximizing the efforts of our small, but dedicated staff to achieve the largest impact on the lives of children and families. To this end, we only select projects with the greatest potential for widespread impact on child welfare law and policy.
Before requesting assistance, we recommend you consult our Policy Agenda to ensure that your project aligns with our overall objectives. For a detailed guide on policy advocacy strategies and tactics you may undertake on your own, please consult our Policy Advocacy Guide.
Please note that the NACC runs a separate Amicus Curiae program promoting the legal interests of children through the filing of amicus curiae (friend of the court) briefs in state and federal appellate courts. This program has a separate request form.
If you’re working on an important child law advocacy project, and you believe the NACC can assist you in achieving your goals, please fill out the form below.
